14-Day Return Policy
At Hjjij & Co, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply.
Returns will not be accepted if items are:

  • Worn, washed, or show any signs of use
  • Missing original hangtags or labels
  • Altered, customized, or damaged after delivery
  • Exposed to strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor
  • Returned without original packaging, accessories, or complimentary items
  • Sent back after the 14-day return period
  • Marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as swimwear or undergarments) where the hygiene seal has been removed
  • Different from the original order
  • Showing excessive wear, stains, or damage beyond inspection
  • Returned without proof of purchase or order reference
  • Damaged due to misuse, improper care, or negligence


Important:
Please carefully inspect your item before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, we cannot accept any return or claim.
Returns that are sent back without prior approval or that do not meet our conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.



How to Request a Return

 

1. Submit a Return Request
To request a return, please submit your return request via your order confirmation email or through your customer account within 14 days of receiving your order.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for your return request.
If you are unable to submit a return request online or if you have a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hjjij.co.

2. Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition and include any packaging and accessories received with your order.

3. Ship Your Return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Please keep your tracking number as proof of shipment


Hjjij & Co is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team. This process may take up to 5 business days.

If approved:
  • Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund


We aim to complete refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@hjjij.co.




Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@hjjij.co with clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order once your return is approved.


European Union Cooling-Off Period
Customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must still meet our return conditions outlined above.


Additional Information


  • Item condition: Unworn, unused, clean, with original tags and packaging
  • Shipping costs: Paid by the customer
  • Proof of shipment: Required for all returns


Returns that do not comply with this policy may be refused at the discretion of Hjjij & Co.
