Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Hjjij & Co is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@hjjij.co and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s). We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased as pre-orders will be shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
